Throughout the project we will use the highest level of professionalism and we will record everything. By doing this we eliminate any misunderstandings that can arise.
From the very first meeting we use sketches and 3D computer models to clearly communicate the ideas that we want to share with you – a plan is often much more easy to understand if it can be viewed in three dimensions. Although this takes longer, we have found that it helps our clients to visualise the projects better, and often we save time later on.
We are committed to realising your design brief and will explore as many options as it takes to do this. We put ourselves in your shoes when it comes to the budget. We are very careful not to exceed our client’s budgets and encourage cost checks throughout the project. Due to our experience and creativity we will use a large number of ‘tricks’ to deliver the most value for the least cost.
